Apriums are a cross between an apricot and plum. Fruit is extremely sweet - strong apricot overtones with a hint of plum. Delicious, firm and juicy. Eaten raw or extremely versatile in dishes, desserts etc.
Apriums are 75% apricot and 25% plum, whereas Plumcots are 50% apricot and 50% plum, and
Pluots are 25% apricot and 75% plum.
